Hey BHW, I really want to get started making some money with PPI. My main concern is what to put in the website & traffic field of the sign up page as I don't have a website.

Is there any way that I can join a network without having a site?

Yes. Just put N/A and you will be fine. Follow up with the AM on Skype, explain your traffic methods (you can even lie) and you will get accepted.
Although I wouldn't recommend you to lie. Better be honest with your AM since the beginning, because you are going to get screwed later and he can also help you out. After all, they are also people like us who are trying to make money.
