No. That is not the right way to do it. Buy a cheap domain and hosting. Make a nice landing page using elementor (it's very easy to do), you can use landing page templates also.
Redirect your users from the landing page. You can also collect emails while doing this.

Most of the email servers, Facebook ads anything u want to use to promote will recognize this kind of links as spam ,, so yes use shorteners
