Hey guys. I'm trying to get an internship in a consulting company which specializes in monitoring economic dynamics, business environments and political risks, and provides analysis based on the obtained data.

The co-founder of the company has been giving me some tasks to see what my level is. He has come up with the idea of creating a survey site, where we would put different surveys to gather statistical and such information.

I've tried the last two days to use some plugins to create a survey/quiz page/site in wordpress but to no avail.
I set up a free host and domain and installed wordpress.
Then I played around with the plugins I found, but they were pretty much all shit.
Oh, and I need it to be in my native language, which uses the Cyrillic alphabet - абвгдя, not English/latin.

    The idea is simple: I want to create a survey like the ones you do in a magazine, with about 10 questions per survey/questionnaire, with multiple choice, each question has different weight;
After completing the survey the user is shown his result! this is very important, because similar platforms like Limesurvey do not offer this. It can be something like - the user has accumulated 34 points and he falls in the group of people that got between 29 and 36 points, and therefore the user is given a specific answer/info about the group he falls into.

Now not all of these questions will be strictly economical or boring, it is enough if we have 5 or even 2 of the 10 questions to give us valuable information. Other questions can be how many cups of coffee do you have in the morning.

    So far I've tried:
wp simple survey - huge cons - no other language than en, paid, the free version - no export of the gathered data, only one survey.
It was close to what I was looking in functionality, though!!!

premium: surveytool / surveygizmo - paid and expensive + limited on answers count per month and stuff like that

sodahead polls - not even close with functionality, and again doesn't support cyrillic

wp polls - a simple poll builder, with which you put the uber simple poll in a widget and that's it.

wp survey and quiz tool - close, but buggy and poor on collecting data from answers.

I might be even missing some more stuff I tried, but it's been 2 days non-stop and I need help.

    So to sum things up:
    - I want to create a survey/questionnaire site in wordpress (the only platform I can work with),
    - I want to have multiple questions with multiple answers per survey,
    - I want to be able to gather the statistics data from the users,
    - I want the user end to have a page, image or screen where he can see what score he got, for example the survey is called: "Are you an entrepreneur" and I want the user to get something like: You got 26 points from 30, You Are an entrepreneur!

If I can pull this off my butt's gonna hit cloud nine :D !!

So please, if anyone could help me, do reply back!

Have you tried the plugin created by drdankmendez? Here's the thread. If that doesn't do what you need you will have to create one yourself or outsource it.

Do not use any plugins. Just introduce and present your survey on your wordpress based site, place a button, then link the button to a pop up made with the free basic plan of SurveyMonkey for the actual survey.
Let me know if the solution sounds good.

It seems I was quick to get all happy and ecstatic :( the oatmeal_quizzes plugin does exactly what it says, BUT:
    - when trying to add questions, answers or any kind of text in Bulgarian/Cyrillic, the text is displayed with ??????? ??? ??....
    - there is no way to collect the data from people doing the survey (their answers, email, IP or whatever)
what is "ds typo", man? I don't quite understand your post. And I did show a list of the plugins I already used in the OP.
And I am gonna try WP-Surveys now.

At first I wanted to be totally independent from external sources, but now having only issues so far, I'll take your suggestion into consideration. Thanks!

Ah sorry to hear that. At least it's closer to your objective. The problem with question marks instead of the Cyrillic characters is probably caused by your database being in the wrong format. In your phpMyAdmin you can convert the DB and tables to utf-8.

Adding support for capturing emails/IP/something should be straightforward enough. PM me your skype/MSN if you like, I can take a quick look later tonight and get back to you on it.

infTee, PM-ed you, man! Thanks a TON!
@gvncerri, SurveyMonkey won't do the job. I went to their site and looked at it. Well, it's no different than Surveytool / Surveygizmo. These are paid programs, and expensive too. They do have basic and free plans, but they are Highly limited and insufficient. For example surveymonkey's Basic plan is limited to 10 questions per survey and 100 responses per survey. This is far from what I'm going for.

PROBLEM SOLVED with the generous help of drdankmendez
It seems that the 000webhost files were collated with the latin1_general_ci collation. I am also unable to change it to utf8 generel ci, for reasons unknown to me, well maybe it's the great free host.
I tried however the plugin on a site of mine hosted here locally and everything is top notch. All the words appear and nothing is displayed with "????????"
The problem is fixed with wp simple survey too, but still, the limited functionality is a bummer.
