Budget not too big of an issue. Looking for an instagram service that will provide followers that always like and comment,
I would prefer the followers to be girls if possible. I think my budget is big enough for someone to make me instagram famous any takers?

Lol, basically you want to spend money to become "instagram famous"?

Well you can do it yourself if you're atleast someone decent looking, then just find pages that will feature you.
Mostly girls will follow you, but still don't get what's the point.
It isn't going to make you "cool", why not invest into a page that can actually make you your money back + profit in future.

As Euphorix said, buy some shoutouts.
You could also consider instagram ads.

Stay away from "I give you 5k 100% real & safe active instagram follower for $5" on sites like seoclerk / fiverr though.
Sounds good but is shit for your purpose.

There are plenty of shoutout marketplaces around, you can find many using Google, but they are very expensive.
You better reachout to popular accounts in your niche directly via email (as long as they have an email in their bio)
