i have seen some backlink service sites going for around $2000 that claim to make $800-$1500-month are these the best sites to go for, is there anything I should know before making the purchase, I want to get one of these sites to keep and eventually buy another when I profit

what % of the sites on flippa that claim to make money are genuine have any of you ever bought a site that said it was making $ only to find out it did'nt

    ;) ;);)

Ask yourself this: if you had a site making $1500 a month, would you sell it for $2k?

Hi meathead1234, I was thinking why would they sell them so cheap, i would like to replicate what they are doing, how do they get proof of earnings, is the google analytics they provide fake or how do they get all the traffic, if i bought this site I guess i'd be wasteing my money, maby i'll just make my own site the same as the one on flippa and sell it, if I did wouldnt I get banned on flippa fast as I'd get negitive feedback, so many flippa guides are going around can you guide me to the best flippa guide you know of

    Cheers

    Hey Jo,
The best for you would be being a site in a niche you personally know - it will be easier to judge for you.
If you want to join flippa just for scamming other people - don't do it. :lame:
It will hit you back one way or another.

    Hope you find your way,
    D.

True. Legitimate websites (read: businesses) go for at least 10 months of income...if not 24+ months.

This is definitely a good idea. If you have 2k and some time to invest, then I would say you should just invest in a bunch of mns, and use those as your income. There are a few sellers here who have bulk deals and you could grab about 100 sites and flip those if adsense bans you, or ride out the niches and occasionally alter dates or post new content on each. I am pulling this number out of nowhere but you could banking full time pay with an investment like that.

If a site makes like $1500, why would they sell it for 2k lol..

I've a macro site that made about $700 in past 24 days.. I didnt even sell it for 7k. No one would let go of their cash cow for less than 10-12 months of earnings. You're better off starting your own site and investing into content and seo if you only have 2k

I'll stay a mile away from that site on flippa Thanks for all the advice. A lot of you recommend micro sites, it still ok to use micro niche sites on adence and not get banned, is there anything to do to prevent getting banned,

    Thanks for all your answers

from what Ive read, theres no reason for adsense to ban you if youre doing everything legit and whitehat. blackhat seo + adsense is a recipe for disaster. keep all your adsense sites whitehat
