Hello guys, anyone knows what's used to make this transition page for download?

In general when you click on a download link another page opens with a countdown and an ads, when the countdown ends the link appears.

Wordpress, also the website I took the SS from, it seems a new monetization method that fits perfectly with my site

Try out this plugin. It even has a timer that you can enable or disable.
