Am I dreaming? I am very familiar with adwords but kind of new to fb ads. Do they work like adwords, where you can startout nice and high on your bid, then when your ad picks up steam you slowly lower the bid until your ad is still showing but you are paying a nice low price where you want to be? How about the opening bid? Do you go much lower than the suggested low bid, or do wha t they say?

You should be a little more specific, it's unlikely you'll get a CPC campaign to run for less than about 25 cents a click with USA traffic, and with Philippines or India traffic if you're spending 10 cents a click you're paying wayyy too much.

In Italy I am currently running some ads on niches that go for $0.01 to $0.03 per click.

It's pretty awesome, but I guess it depends on the market (the Italian one must be cheaper) and on the niche.. I usually submit my CPC at $0.04 or $0.05 (much lower than the suggested that usually are $0.25 or if lucky $0.15).

When the new campaign stars it goes at around $0.04 CPC, but then it gradually decreases usually until $0.01 CPC.

I'm totally loving it, when you use some coupons then it just gets unbeatable.... I am not familiar much with AdWords (I used it only once with my $75 coupon) but I don't think it can compare anywher near $0.01 CPC.
