I want creat a new website,But all of the content are copied someone else's.I'm afraid the search engines do not include my website.Can you tell how I do?

Why duplicate someone else site? You're already getting off on the wrong foot with regards to ranking in google.

Why not create a new unique site and give yourself a headstart?

If I want to have a larger than the blog websites,And get a good include of Google.Template is the only,The content copid others.How i do?Thanks!

DO NOT COPY...A Web Template is fine to use but re-using content is nasty. Go to a provider such as Green Light Articles and have some web copy created. It will only cost you a few bucks and you will have fresh new content for the search engines.
