    Hi,
    I have a forum. I want to offer a new cool application at my forum.

    What i want is a widget or something like that. The widget must be such that the registered members of my forum can send sms to any mobile internationally.

    Is there any html / php script which can do this ?

    Or any paid widget available like that ?

    I can pay for such widget too.

    I guess you will need a gateway to be integrated.
    You will need to find global gateway provider and use there apis to integrate and send services.
