For 21 days, Lost 8 pounds. I saw him talking about it on Joe Rogan or it was with Lex Fridman show... he said he eats 1 meal a day and he never felt better since he started to do it...

I tried this and I feel better. at the same time I understood that I am addicted to sugar which is almost like drugs because it gives you that dopamine boost when u eat that shit.

I heard lots of good things about it -- particularly for those interested in weight loss.
fasting in general is very good for you. some people go prolonged fasting for a few days. just need 3 days for autophagy. youtube has people doing 40 day jesus in the desert fasts. nutty.

It was kind of like I felt that I made a hard reset to my body. I have a lot of more focus, and I lost the shiny object syndrom.
Have more energy then usual. 1 Meal of 1000Cal between 7 to 12.

Cheated only with Coffe (without sugar)
 
The only advantage of fasting is enabling you to eat less calories with reducing your window of consumption, i still prefer to count my calories to lose weight.

"Jesus in the desert Fasts"! Is that basically A Ramadan ?
 
Wanna ask you a question.. I'm not overweight by any means, some people mught call me skinny even
But I've had days where I had nothing but coffee almost all day.. and I've had so much energy the entire day
So my question is, after this diet of one meal a day.. do you feel more energized throughout the day?

It's because you ain't eat. the theory behind this is that human body was not designed to eat 3-4 times a day. at the old days, you go out there, move your body, hunt a chicken or whatever it is. then you get tired and go to sleep.

The problem is, that multiple businesses wanted to make money and the western capitalist culture backed this up to make more money from tax revenue. so they keep selling you burgerking for $1 and you keep getting fat, get disease and put more money on their health system because u eat too much burgerking but you can't stop because you're addicted to that dopamine boosts when you eat that shit.

Basically it means the more you eat, the more money they make off you. so they tell you to eat 3-4 times is healthy
When I say they I mean - Commercial channels on the TV. and when you get sick because of all of the shit that you put into your body over the years you will have to pay for hospitals - this is their upsell.

If you are a body builder it's a different story because you have different goals so you should eat a lot

The less you eat, the more longetivity you may have. But that doesn't matter how many times a day you eat.

If you want to regulate your mood doing hard jobs, you should sleep more and eat more frequently.

Not eat once a day and sleep 6 hours a day and avoid naps.

Coffee is unhealthy and this is where the real business is. It's probably one of the worst shits you can get into your diet.

I also eat 1 time a day and I feel great, no problems.
 
Likely loosing muscle / lean mass as well. Better to eat properly and along the day. This way you will loose body fat, which is much better than just “weight”. But if you don’t care, okay sure.

I was concerned about it too. However, as soon as I read about Tim Ferris fasting split testing I calm down.

He fasted 2 times

On the first one he didn't do any sports activity - He lost weight + muscles
On the second he did the opposite and did not lose muscles.
 
I think I'm addicted to sugar. I feel bad when I try to quit
