I think that writing guest posts is the best way to build links

What do you think? I see sites remaining on the first page with futile content and spam backlinks. But I think these sites will suffer soon.

Good articles published in the form of guest posts, with a contextual links on various anchor texts, are perfect! Do you agree?

Guest posts are great. Keep in mind that there is more than one way to rank #1.
 
guest posts are fine .you can also try to link exchange with other relevant sites.It is permanent backlink by which you get rankings and traffic continuously
 
Yes. Guest posting is obviously one of the most ideal link building methods. You still have to watch your anchor text diversity. People think of guest posting as "Safe" and "white hat", but if you don't watch your anchor text composition, you can still take a penalty.

But in terms of link quality, guest posting is one of the best ways to go. Private link networks are really good also.
 
Guest posts are good for getting backlinks as well as getting subscribers to your blog.
 
I always guest post high traffic blogs for getting quality backlinks.
 
Guest posts are probably one of the last beacons of "white hat SEO" that is left. Even press releases are getting spammed to death so those are probably going to be on their way out within a year or two the same way social bookmarks and web 2.0s got spammed out too. As long as guest posts are legitimate, it'll be hard to spam these out as they are by definition white hat.
 
Guest posts are a great addition to an already existing link profile. Don't just stick with one kind of backlink, that's ridiculous.

That's obvious. You can't rank a site with only few and the same BL unless there is no competition.

It's a great way how to obtain some PR strenght and also traffic in some cases.
 
Guest posts is good way for increasing More Traffic and Popularity for Your Blog, You can make More Money for You As Revenue, Gains reputation, Gains writing experience and skills as well.
 
But it's somehow harder to get to know people to let you post as a guest to their blog...or you have to dig a lot to find them.
 
Guest posts are a great way to get a good back link and a lot of exposure, provided you find the right blog to work with first. I try to take advantage of any blog that has free guest posts and a decent PR
 
In SEO Quality always wins over Quantity. But don't do just guest posts. You should be doing all sorts of link building at the same time.
 
I contacted about 100 sites last month asking for a link exchange or guest post option. Out of those 100 I got 2 link exchanges from PR 3 sites and 2 guest post deals on a PR4 and PR5 sites.

I took existing articles from my authority site, rewrote them and gave them to the PR4 and 5 sites. They posted them.

I am all for guest blogging! However, this question remains....How many posts should you do on a guest blog to get maximum ROI? Is posting once with a backlink to my site enough to get the benefit or should I post more articles to their sites?
 
I agree, guest posts are still numero uno, but remember to diversify your anchor text to the extreme! Don't bother with exact match anchor text, you have to think phrase match or branded. Also, remember you need it from a variety of domains, don't bother placing loads on the same site, waste of time!
