I have been a white label Hostgator reseller for almost 7 years now but ever since they were purchased and more so lately with all of the "server migrations" I've had nothing but problems and complaints from my hosting customers. WP sites are constantly down with database connection errors, I'm getting 502 & 504 errors all the time and we get no warning or advance notice of any of this, we have to hear it from our customers, at which time we figure out 80-90% of our sites are down. We go through chat and phone support and all we get is "we're working on it" and a new support ticket.

We went with Hostgator because there service was great as was their uptime but ever since the sale, it's been absolutely terrible. Moving 60+ domains is a major pain in the ass, especially if you don't control the domain registration. Does anyone have any insight or recommendations on this? I would like to just move everything offshore.
