Yeah, I came across this while I was doing some cleaning on the forum.
I think some of the threads were duplicated during the forum migration. If I recall correctly, this also happened with those profile blog posts we used to have on vBulletin.
If you search for the thread title using the forum's search feature, you should be able to find the correct thread.

Please note this happens when the thread has been moved from one section to another all the data is moved but it appears the thread headers are ghosted in. OR the OP has asked for the thread to be removed / didn't renew their service.
