Posting too much it's not good but not necessarily the main reason to loose followers. If you bought followers or your targeting wasn't the best there is posibility your followers might not be of the best quality, as I mentioned before IG is been fighting and deleting lots of accounts for a while now.

I suspect also due to IG scrap off those fake accounts, recently twitter side too , I lost 1 k followers is from SMM
