i bought a domain 2 days ago and it got indexed in 2 hours..then i added content (1 article) next day and it was ranking 210-220 (seoserp) , then i made some gud quality blog comments (only 6-7) and 5-6 forum profiles (all manual) and then site came at 192 position..yahoo explorer shows only 1 backlink that is yahoo answers backlink !

now today its not found in top 1000..am i sandboxed :( (i m still indexed though)

now i m confused what to do :06:

You're not sandboxed from a couple of quality links and manual profiles. This is just the google dance. You'll be back soon. Most likely Google doesn't even know about most of those backlinks yet, give it time.

I think it's early to say. Just keep on posting unique content.

Here is what I like to do when I first build a brand new site:

    1. Buy social bookmarkings (200-300 links)
    2. Buy quality .edu and .gov links
    3. Build a lot of web 2.0 sites with quality unique articles with a link to my site.

and blast the shit out of these links with Scrapebox, non stop 24/7. If it's non competitive niche, you will start to rank on page 1 very quickly.

This is what works for me so far.

    Keep building links.

What it looks like when Google sandboxes a site they want to see what you do. See, a site getting links naturally will keep getting those links after they are sandboxed. If they aren't getting links naturally and the webmaster is tracking the ranking and stops building links when the rankings drop, that just confirms they aren't natural links.

It's a two day old site; I'm thinking this is your first site?

All sites go through a roller coaster ride as Google figures out where they belong. It is never a straight shot to #1. Just keep building links like nothing is happening.

your site is just dancing... my site was page 7 than page 40 than not in the top 1000... 1 week later was it on page 2... than made a heavy sb blast then my site was gone from page 2 to page 59 and at least it wasnt in the top 1000 anymore... just wait a little bit while google is indexing all the links

No, you're not sandboxed. It's just a Google dance which is normal for a brand new site. Just keep on building links and adding content and your site will come back stronger. The biggest mistake is to abandon it.

hmmm.. sarcasm or are you serious? i'm really confused here

This crap strategy helped to rank one of my sites in #8 for a keword with 18,000,000 (keyword in quotes) competing sites.

I'm not a some kind of super SEO expert, just telling what works for me and trying to help here..

Don't worry about anything in the first week or two after buying the domain. Your website can dance sometimes from the 3rd page to the 7th, disappear, then comeback to the 5th page. It happens to websites as old as 6 months too. It takes time till google give their trust in your website.
