Soo ive came to a conclusion that drip feed might be useless because a site (for example web 2.0 blog) doesnt need to be indexed in google for weeks or days to receive backlinks. there are other sources that people can learn about the site for example facebook and create backlinks on their own.
Thus dripfeeding (the wait since starting a blog and firing backlinks) shouldnt change anything.

    What you guys think?

You're talking about two different things. Drip feed is to naturally acquire links over X period of time, "waiting" to build links isn't necessarily drip feeding, it's just waiting to be indexed. I personally don't wait in sites to index to start links, but I drip feed the links over a few months (or however long it takes).
