Hi everyone, as the title says, I strongly suspect that I've generated leads on CJ that have not been credited to my account. Long story short, I've been sending organic traffic to an offer for 24 months with a consistent 10% conversion rate. 6 weeks ago, I stopped getting conversions. I started sending the traffic to a similar offer on another network after 200 clicks, and I'm back to 10% conversion through ~200 clicks with the new offer. I continue to send a little traffic to the CJ offer, so now I'm at 230 clicks without a conversion. The advertiser, a large well known company, won't respond to my emails. CJ support takes 3-10 days to respond to each message I send, and they've told me that my only option is to keep trying to contact the advertiser. Is there anything else I can do?

Call CJ customer service and explain them. Their number can be found by looking on Google!

Yea, that sounds Shady as hell. You need to see what can be done to get you the money you're owed. That's six weeks worth of commissions.

CJ is actually very good at tracking most of time. However, it could just be the big company has a glitch in their system and/or product sales are going down b/c of their brand/product.Speak with CJ is the first answer. Beyond that, why not just stick to the other advertiser?
