The Braves strengthened their bullpen Thursday by signing lefty Will Smith to a three-year contract.

Smith signed a three-year deal worth $39 million, with a club option for 2023 for another $13 million ($1 million buyout).

Sport has gone mad. Half a billion dollars for a soccer player.

Real Madrid is reportedly willing to spend more than half a billion dollars to keep Kylian Mbappe away from FC Barcelona, its main rival

Absurd fees and more absurd when the official football club of BHW Manchester United comes calling :(

Any player that gets linked with United it's like they will double their asking price :(

I love your sense of humour.

Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho wants to leave the German side, with Premier League leaders Liverpool among the clubs showing interest in the 19-year-old England international mail 3 days ago

Manchester United are weighing up a January move for England winger Jadon Sancho, 19, with Ole Gunnar Solskjær alerted by the forward's recent troubles at Borussia Dortmund. Guardian reported yesterday.

So he can go to the European champions, who are currently 8 points clear in the Premiership and top of their group in Europe.
OR
He can sign for a team who are mid table and have as much chance playing Championship footy next season as Champions League.

I believe the same European champions were in the same shoes before and they dont need him that badly considering their front three it's United who need him the most!

In cricket, we would call him a chucker. :D

These new fees are the new normal, and now it doesn’t even surprise me anymore because all the clubs make more money when they buy thr player so it’s okay.
