I see 100+ links for one of my product pages in ahrefs but don't see a single link in Google search console

Recently i was doing some regular backlink check for all of my product pages when this happened. For one of my product pages, i could see around 150 links on ahrefs but not a single link in search console.
Is this something i should be worried about? I mean by observing the above scenario, I can clearly see that the difference in the number of detected links is huge.
So, am I following my link strategy wrong? Should I be focusing more on links which are detectable in the search console rather than third party tools like ahrefs?
And if the case is indeed like this( 150 links detected in ahrefs but 0 links detected in search console) then is it as good as nothing? Because ultimately its the Google bot whose crawling matters and not the ahrefs bot.

Are your backlinks showing up in google search? Ex: Search = site:BACKLINK_URL

only a few of them. even some of the links which are visible in Google Search are not visible in search console and vice versa.

This is pretty normal. Google Search Console show only random sampling of your backlinks. That's why use multiple tools to check on your backlinks and combine/ make a pivot of those sources. Don't worry about it.

If it is visible then it is indexed, don't worry about it.

the backlinks in my GSC jumped up and down between 2100 and 800 several times this year, each week. One week there would be 2144, the next week would be 861 then it would be 2050, the next week 1337 and so on. After 4th or 5th week I stopped caring (this week the magic number is 1232 lol) because my site isn't ranking anywhere anyway, so why even bother caring how many links GSC shows?

My point is, do not worry about them. If you see your site climb up the rankings you know you're doing the right things and you need to do more of those things until you reach at least page 1. Like someone else said, if you check the links manually in google and they are there that's all that matters. GSC, Ahrefs and all other backlinking monitoring tools actually will never show you all backlinks anyway, so focus on tracking your rankings rather than your backlinks. Besides, if you get several strong backlinks it will be enough to get decent rankings for decently competitive keywords, so you won't have to bother monitoring the backlinks again
