I saw someone help someone today

I was in the middle of making a post when a thread in bhw was deleted.

A poster had offered to help a valued member in time of need and had asked the moderator to close the thread.

I don't know how many read the thread or how long it was up but I don't think this kind act should be forgotten. I also don't believe it is my place to name the member in need or the member who offered to help.

To many threads are about what is wrong with bhw and to few about the good done here.

So neither of these members are noobs, newbies, self serving moneymakers, experts, post horrors etc or maybe they are; I only know a member in this forum needed help and was willing to give something as collateral, he did not want anything for free.

Another member wanted specifics, and with no collateral expected stepped in to settle up for the member.

I only hope one day I can afford to do this for a bhw member and I will seize the opportunity as I watched someone do today.

This act makes my weekend, good luck to the member who needs it and chest thumpin for the member who helped, I tried to + rep for your deed but it wouldn't let me.

I actually made a post about starting a group to better this board with great ideas, and it hasnt been OK'd yet.


hopefully it gets posted. This was also the sort of message I was trying to convey with it.

Yeah you said it right Luther13z. I mentioned that specifically in my post so no one would think it was deleted for the wrong reasons.
