I received Payoneer Credit Card, but can't verify by PayPal

Hey,
Few days ago I received Payoneer credit card (waited for it 1 month), but when I try to link this card to paypal, it gives an error. I wrote support, and they sayed that I need to have 1$ atleast here, maybe somebody know how to get here buck fast or anybody can sell me this dollar for my few paypal dollars? Thanks in advice

the Payoneer card is activated with the first load, the fee is around $10 in most cases
you cannot verify your Paypal with your card until it's not activated and you don't have at least $1 on your balance
you can load your card with any other Visa or MasterCard

Ohh, k, I will work in vidxden, I got payoneer from it

So when I cashout I will buy something

Spme other help needed.
My card is from vidxden, I can't send money to other card. One guy needs to send me 50$, but he always gets error. I asked the staff and they said me I dont have sending money privilegies, coz this card was ordered from vidxden. . . So here comes a question - how do I find a way to get 50$ from his payoneer to mine? *he doesnt use papal.

Your card cannot be loaded directly by another person until you get at least one payment from the payoneer partner you are working with (in this case vidxden). After you receive your payment from Vidxden, even if it is $1, then you will be able to receive direct load payments from other people with payoneer cards.

why? if you don't have sending money privilege, then someone can send money to you without any problem?
Ask him to send it to your card number or email address. i don't see what is stopping it unless your card has not been activated?

Also, if you have problem with the card, you can request for a new one directly from payoneer, also, if you register through one of their affiliate, you will get free $25 when you have loaded $100, See Details
