whose to say that whoever i end up hiring to create my iphone app wont just run off with my idea beat me to the punch and make their own?

i know this scenario could exist in a whole bunch of other real life situations but for some reason hiring someone to do an iphone app it just seems like it would be more likely to happen

That's why you never give all of the details in the job description. You just say the skills you'll need and when you find someone you think is capable of doing what you need, you make them sign non-disclosure and non-compete agreements so you don't get your idea jacked

also how do i know what skills i need persay if i dont speak technical jargon i just have the idea of what i want the app to do but if i say all that then itwill be giving the idea away

Well if I they don't respect it, you can sue their fucking ass. That's what the signing is for.

As for the skills..Just ask questions on forums like these without revealing your idea.
