Make a Viral Photo site using commissioned naughty Obama caricatures. People will click like crazy to reveal the meaning behind a comic-like progression between cartoons. Mix with random Obama Chuck Norris facts that generate interesting Adsense/etc banners, whatever.

Yea I'd make it comical.. advertise it as 'the Obama Myth-- discover the rEAL obama' something to that effect.. I'd click if I thought someone had something interesting to say. Then you can just have fun with it. Perhaps make fun of the idiots who think he's a terrorist because of his middle name.
