Make a youporn kind of site, if you can host the videos yourself, if the traffic is too much, then cross-upload the videos to, say, megavideo or some other tube site. Fill the videos with watermarks to cpa offers, upload short videos(aka preview) on other tube sites to get traffic, on the video player put as many ads as you can without causing your users to leave. Put a premium membership(which is NOT required to use the site normally) that gives them access to special HQ videos without publicity.
Also, have users create accounts, and once on their free accounts you periodically send them emails with your premium membership.
Plus, you can outsource the hard work, get someone to download HQ porn from some site and upload it to your premium section and you can have a programmer make you a script that will automatically download videos from other sites, watermark them and post them on your site.
Also, have not only videos, but photo galleries. Oh, and don't forget, don't post a video download link of any kind(for non premium, of course), this way they are (somewhat) forced to visit your site every time.
Oh, and go to as many porn forums as you can and put your site on your signature and recommend it everywhere.
