I own my own jewelry manufacturing factory, how can I sell more jewelry?

I mainly make jewelry made of 14k and 18k materials. I can use natural diamonds and laboratory diamonds, but the price of gold has been very high recently and I can’t sell more jewelry. We have certain advantages and can customize any style of jewelry in bulk, but the price of gold is still a problem. I can’t control the cost, and customers can’t choose the increasing fees.

What, if anything, makes your jewelry unique? Have you thought about offering a service where you will rework someones jewelry into something different. My wife had several rings converted into a single
ring which incorporated the jewels from all the rings.

I considered it, but where is my audience?
 
Start selling on Etsy and eBay, where many sellers in this category are getting solid sales.

Find dropshippers that are making good money in the fashion and costume jewelry niche. Customers in those niches don't care about gold in their jewelry. They just want something that looks good and lab grown diamonds definitely do.

Infact there are Shopify stores for labgrown diamond jewelry too. Find these people and pitch your product. Surely some will convert.

You are a manufacturer. Do not try B2C. don't go direct to the customers, let the retail folks do that for you. All you need to do is sell to the sellers.
 
You should sell your jewelry on TikTok!
Make short, fun videos showing how you make the jewelry. People love watching that kind of stuff. You could even do live streams to answer questions and show off your latest pieces.
 
How well known is your brand? For expensive jewelry you need to spend a lot on your branding. People just don't trust a newer brand that easily.
Try low ticket products. Create same designs but with cheaper material. Like stainless steel with pvd gold plating or other metals.
