buying any domain with a registered trademark in it is a risk.

All that can happen is you can get a cease and desist letter from them demanding that you remove your domain due to the unsolicited use of a registered trademark, in which case you will be forced to take the website down or be sued. This is not neccessarily going to happen, it is just possible that's all.

Im not a lawyer by any means, but why would they care. I think your overthinking it. I see a thousand reviews for products and this really isnt any different other than your jumping in sooner than usual im assuming. (fyi - giving away your niche is general suicide in terms of your niche...I would start looking for another phrase that you arent as willing to give away)

It's not that they would care about this particular site. It's about protecting the brand/trademark. If they allow friendly sites to exist, it makes it more difficult for them to go after people actually trying to rip them off. Google "trademark dilution."

    Hi,

I usually use brandnames as my domain name and it is cool =) Maybe you will get contacted if you do something illegal in the site?
