Bro, do yourself a favor and wait till you're having a night of fun out on the town. Drunk dial those idiots at like 2:30 in the morning and ask how many peso's they want for their crappy website. Tell 'em you don't even want the domain as a black n white minimalist website with one crappy youtube video is worth so so sooo much more than that worthless string of letters. Negotiate a price...I'm thinking a Nacho Grande Taco aught to cover it (remeber you're drunk..and probably hungry)...and then ask if the robot is included.

Now..I'm gonna ask honestly...what did YOU think it was worth? I mean unless you are planning on selling Atlas Robots to the Government what use could that crappy domain POSSIBLY serve? Better yet, when was the last time you used either the word atlas OR robot in conversation? Unless the darn thing stops a bullet to protect the POTUS noone even gives a isht that this thing exists.

See if the owner will just give it to you. I see no value beyond the domain registration and the hosting. If this domain name is your dream and you have a PURPOSE and vision for that...cool I dig that. But capitalize off the fact that this person has basically done NOTHING with it.

Ya know what...don't drunk dial...I bet I know what this was...a school project. This is probably some little kid who learned how to make a website. If that's the case put $5-10 in his paypal and be done with it and take over the site.

Not a bad domain name buddy, it depends on how popular this robot might get in future, just keep it for now.

[h=1]Atlas Robot Breaks Ankle During First Public Performance[/h]
A computer showed what it could see through its eyes — leaving everyone gasping.
However, when it tried to step over and cross an obstacle, it stumbled.
It failed again while trying to point at objects and broke its ankle.
"Please forgive him. He's just a baby trying to learn," said project leader Wyatt Newman.
Newman said Atlas had earlier broken its left ankle and an expert had to be flown in from the United States to fix it.

I'm surprised the people who own the robot don't already own this domain. If they don't already own it, why haven't they bought it from you? Have you offered the domain to the people who own this robot?
That should tell you something about it's current value. You can't sell it if no one wants it.
If you can afford to pay the fee I'd just keep it, set up a site promoting it, put it on an auction, etc. Than forget about it & enjoy life until someone happens to want it.
