Hi

I need a proxy solution for making CL accounts.
Not need them to be super fast but they can be medium speed US ones and should work. I mean I should be able to create about 100 accounts daily.

Does anyone know of a cheap solution, please help

Thanks in advance.

$2 per EXCLUSIVE proxy is the cheapest one ive found so far.

packetflip.com

Yeah, I was looking at them. I spoke with the guy who owns the site, and he said they worked perfectly with CL. There are a couple threads on here talking about them, and I haven't heard anything bad.

Are these all on the same subnet? Are they US? Im wondering about the geolocation of these IPs... thats important when it comes to craigslist.

OK, I got 50 private proxy from packetflip.com.... for CL posting purposes.
Now, I need to some instruction as to change the proxy IP number everytime I post ads at craigslist.
How do I do that?
Bascially:
post 5 ads at CL
click to change to new private proxy
post 5 ads at CL
click to change to new private proxy,
etc....

I've counted the currently online US hosts from Cloakfisk.
91 US proxies are useable, but I never used craigslist so dunno if there is a problem.

I sent a message to the packetflip.com support and Johnathan sent me a response and didn't guarantee to me that their proxies works with CL. That's why I didn't buy their services.
Can someone tell if their proxies works for every city on CL?

Thanks.

Justone,
Can you make a test and see if cloakfish works with CL?

Addon to Craigslist posting through Cloakfish:
It looks like there is no problem using Cloakfish.
I took a US proxy (ip70-176-16-88.ph.ph.cox.net) and created an Account on craigslist.
Worked easy, verified the email, also fine.
I tried to post an Ad in Alaska, it did not like me and said CL needs phone verification for such offers in Alaska. I can't verify so I was stuck there.
Next I went through some ads and flagged them as good, that also worked fine.

For me it looks like CL thinks I am a normal DSL USA customer.

The cloakfish proxies are Tor nodes so there are ways to find that out by getting a tor directory and checking ips, but that happens rarely and usualy leaves out shorter lifetime proxies like DSL.

btw, the connection speed was nice for browsing. I guess about 100kb/sec with 1 second delay per page load.

where did u get those proxies from ? url ?

I have tried both Cloakfish and packetflip for posting on CL:

Cloakfish is the same speed as TOR for me = too slow and not useable for autoposting. I couldn't even get it to load up the page (yes I tried several different proxies)

Packetflip DEFINITELY does NOT work with CL posting in the jobs section. Tried to post some ads in different cities. Every city asked for PVA accounts. These were supposedly brand new elite proxies.

You probably got a bad route lotus, you can use the Reset button to recreate the route.
It can take a few times as the button just chooses a new random one, once you got a good one it is remembered.

Also you can take one with a better speed index if you need higher bandwidth throughput.
If you got an acceptable proxy in Cloakfish + took a good start route then you'll have speed nearly like normal browsing.

I have used Cloakfish for automated posters (not on CL) and it worked fine that way.

I will second that, they are pretty good, I used them for a while. These are not all in the same range but they are not scatted around 100 different blocks though.

Isnt cloakfish your own product?

Yes it is, Cloakfish was born when I needed proxies to promote my products, it worked well so I sat down for some time and created a polished product as business.

If your license is still active try use the Reset button until you got acceptable speed, and favor higher speed indexed proxies when activating.

Do Cloakfish proxies let you post on CL Jobs section freely? If you're seeing PVA required for Jobs then your IP's are already banned by CL. Let me know. I am interested if they are not yet banned by CL's job section.

yes i was wondering about the whole pva on cl thing it seemed like everyone was trying to sell a pva for craigslist

I asked what it was for and they said you now need pva to post on cl i explained i have posted lots of times on cl and never needed pva

my question is do you only need a pva if your ip has been banned or if your ip havent been banned do you need a pva thanks so much

You need a pva for certain sections in certain cities. Mostly the major cities (which have been heavily spammed) and the heavy-traffic areas there.

N

You do not need a PVA to post in the Jobs section (although I'm unsure about the paid ones, haven't tried) if your IP is not banned. If your IP is banned, they require a PVA. A lot of IP's from proxy services are now banned by CL and require PVA, which makes the ones that don't require it very valuable.
