Hi. I'm an SEO content writer who provides quality, engaging and informative content using keywords in title, H1, H2, H3, and use All in One SEO plugin. I have brought http://thebestfloridarealestate.com up to page one ranking for terms such as Florida Real Estate Investing, investing in SW Florida, etc.
I've been working on contract for this client for 6 months now and although the traffic has greatly improved and the leads are coming in, it's still not where they want it. We only have about 1200 visitors per month. We have a FB page / use Youtube with SEO for videos in the blog posts, and have really done everything aside from spend money on Google Adwords. I need some way to quickly bring in traffic and leads and have been racking my brain. I need QUICK traffic and a LOT of it. QUICK converting traffic.

It is a Wordpress site so if there are any plugins or any way to drive traffic there that anyone can see which I can not, I am all ears.

    Thank you in advance.

    Robin

Hi Robin, sorry to hear you're having a tough time. SEO can become very frustrating especially in a competitive market like Real Estate.

I visited the website with the link you provided and noticed the title is "The Best Florida Real Estate". I would try changing that to specific keywords that define your site such as "Real State in Florida", "Florida Real Estate Investment" "Investing in Real Estate in Florida", or something along the lines.

To be quite honest, I don't really know what the website's main purpose is. Does it feature Real Estate listings? Is it a Real Estate investing solutions firm? Both? You might want to be more specific on how you (or the website owners) present the site to the average user. Remember, you have to look at the site in your target audience's perspective because obviously you want to target the right audience; what's the purpose of getting 25,000 unique visits per month if only 15 of them are actual leads.

Another thing that I noticed is the site's have a couple of 'blank pages'. You might want to fill those out or the user looking for that topic with those keywords will not likely revisit your site.

Try including the phone number and physical address (if you have one) on every page to give it more authority. This will also increase the user's trust when deciding whether or not to use your services.

Also, how is your link bait doing? How many sites are linking to yours? What about directory sites? -How many is the site in?

As far as Internet marketing, you might want to consider advertising on high quality and high ranking local sites where you think your target audience might be.

These are just some of the things you might want to try to improve your Internet marketing and SEO. I've got plenty more, if you'd like to hear. :)

    Best of luck.

What keywords are you targeting? What's you conversion rate?

I'm working on a similar thing in a different market, perhaps we should talk.

Its funny I was actually just looking at doing something targeting a city in Florida and while I was doing my KW research I noticed that people searched for the city names way more than my keyword plus Florida. Have you tried targeting things like "Miami Real estate" etc.?
