OP, so that you know, anyone stating he has "solution" for you, will try to sell you new account(s). If you lost your account due policy violations and have appealed and deactivation wasn't actual FB mistake, then there is no big chance to get it back activated. In any case, send in ID (and do it weekly if needed)- you will get response one day.
