    Hi
I want to add a "terms and conditions" page to my website. I have found one at another site and it fits my purposes nicely, and I want to copy/paste it into my site, but I am worried that search engines will see the duplicate content and penalize me in the SERPS.
I am wondering what can be done so that the search engines don't see this, only humans see it.
one choice is to make it an image, but I am pretty sure these days search engines use OCR to read images.
can I add a nofollow tag? I have also heard of a noindex tag, would that work better?

Spin it like you would do an article. Whatever you will do, don't post duplicate content on your site!

put it in robots file, only if you don't want it as sitelinks(I think you're aware of sitelinks, when some one search your site name he got a result with multiple links)
