I need someone who knows how to write TOS

Hello i need someone who knows how to write a TOS for a Fake Application Website, its a Freesoftware and just for fun but people should believe thats its realy working, i earn with Ads and just claim things on this website.

I dont have http://www.dict.cc/englisch-deutsch/prejudices.htmlrejudices on Indian work but i dont need someone who copy paste a TOS for 2$ okay ? so only write me if you know what you are doing, thanks
