I need someone who can create a panel or Bot that collects 100 of thousands or even A million of phone numbers from USA. Only that can send advertising tex messages thru a bot with one push of a button Please reply if you can only do this job or close to it.. ASAP!! $$$$$

Lots of bulk SMS providers out there, but remember 1M messages at .04-.06 would cost $40k-$60k up front.

It's rarely ever worth it since nobody is going to let you sell something on their merchant account or processor that you just blast to people via text.
