I need some tips for my own affiliate system

Im selling several products fairly well and want to expand, what im looking for is

1) Affiliate system with my url in it - (I think click bank use there own) such as

clickbank.com/product?id=33

Im hoping to get links to my product not just a clickbank page - I may be wrong hear.

2) Is it possible to have a 2 tier system, so my affiliates recruit other affiliates to make money themselves

3) im using paypal at the moment, is this the best way, why I ask is if someone opens a dispute and wants a refund, is it not a pain in the ass as the affiliates will want paid from that sale.

I have just comeback from long flight after hours and hours in the airport - so my questions may not make much sense - please bare with me.
