    Like the tittle says I need some keyword help Im kinda sorta new to the actual research I usually target my hobbies. Im trying to fine tune my methods and get the best bang for my buck.

    My keyword stats:

    keyword w/o quotes = 6.8mil sites
    "keyword" w quotes = 2k sites
    inurl:"keyword" intittle:"keyword"= 1 site
    keyword = $6.00 cpc
    exact match domains available = the big 3 are available .com .net and .org

    According to adwords there are 110 monthly searches for this term.

    My questions are:

    1. Have I found a good KW?
    2. What is the difficulty level in ranking to page 1?
    3. Should I buy all three and go HAM?

    I have SB + a large list of related edu and gov blogs ready for manual posting.

    110 searches isn't enough for me. I prefer 1.5k+ at least. Also, you can't tell if it will be easy to rank from those stats. You have to look at the top 10 and who you are competing with.

    In my mind
    Are there other kw that you are targeting along with your main because the main kw is very low with 110/ month and you have to look at the competition to know if it's a good one or not. But judging by the CPC of $6 it probably is pretty competitive. I would look for at least monthly search of 800.

    Thanks I was worried the monthly search was kinda low but mainly wanted to just rank it quickly to page one and sell ad space to offline clients. I would usually outsource something like this but I wanna increase profits.

    100 searches a month is good for offline clients, and there are probably a lot of other keywords you can go after that are related to it.

    If you want to really increase profits, instead of selling leads I would go after the businesses in that niche and sell them the whole package; custom website, ongoing seo, lead capture, social media, email marketing. And if it is a local business in your area you can increase what they'll pay you by offering to create videos of the business and take photos, as well as optimizing their Google listing.

    110 searches a month would indicate its not a good keyword, and $6/click is pretty high price to pay
