I'm not looking to spend hours online working hard to make real money.. all I need is some quick bucks (around 20$)
do you guys have any easy methods for that

You'd better spend the hours here on the forum to get ideas and work them out for yourself. That way you can make money ;-)

try microworkers.com or any other websites similar to it

there are many ... I don't like them, but maybe they can help u.
 
Even though, it might look easy, but as a beginner you might be surprised. The best way to earn that $20 is to sell a skill, just identify any task you're willing to do, and then trace someone that needs your service so that you can sell the service to them.
