I need some help with my email marketing

Hello fellows,

I need some advice/assistance with my email campaigns. I have scraped over 10.000 emails of dance music related websites and I would like to use them to promote my new online platform dedicated to musicians. I got the following information about the 'email user':

- Email
- Username
- Country

I would like to send personal emails. Would it be a great idea to start the email like this:

However, I think its not bad, it can work. but be aware of the spam.

Its not a bad idea at all but you want be sure you know what your goal is when sending out emails. Is it to have them complete an offer? Buy something? sign up for something? Depending on what you want them to do you can structure an email that points them in that direction. Since you want them to sign up maybe you could include some benefits as to why they should choose your site, maybe they get something free.

A little heads up i noticed you said you scraped these emails, if you plan on doing email marketing its worth the time and effort to build a solid opt-in list. You get way more conversions this way & it isnt illegal. If you want you can hit me on skype to chat

With that niche i think you can expect excellent response from your email recipients provided they get to read it in Inbox and not in spam. The email body is good and for more positive response install a sign up form and also set up a FB page for the site.

Now you need to choose good email inboxing service.

- at- ventio - thanks for your reply. The emails are intended to gain more sign ups on the website. The website got an unique selling point, so I think this will attract the users when they receive an invitation email. However, I have added you on Skype!
