Here is my problem, just like you have heard before a million times on here. I have a specific niche and about 10 keywords where 95% of all the traffic goes. I am ranked currently in the top 40 of every keyword and even rank 2 and 4 on two different keywords. I have scrapebox, and have done my homework with this and am doing really well getting my comments up and generating backlinks.

My question is I want to do this myself so what is the best way to do this? Where do I start? I have proxies, a fully dedicated server, a vds for scrapebox and I am willing to spend some money and time is not a problem.

Also I have read NUMEROUS posts about different programs and what people do to get ranked. I am not asking so much how to do most of this stuff I am more asking where do I start so I can get ranked as soon as possible.

Thanks in advance for any help provided.

SEO is actually one of the hardest things to wrap your head around in the internet marketing game, and can be one of the most difficult to get real results from too. It requires some study and isn't usually as easy as just sending out backlinks and comments with your URL in them, though they certainly don't hurt usually.

I would recommend doing some basic SEO learning to build a good foundation of knowledge. There used to be an exact keyword percentage required on a page to get the best ranking, but now it seems to depend on too many other factors and could actually be different depending on the niche you're in.

For my own site I went through and made sure every page was relevant to what it was trying to sell and then spammed the heck out of it using Scrapebox, Senuke (posting articles, videos, bookmarks and even just creating profiles with my site in them on high PR forums) and Bookmarking demon and now after only 3 weeks I rank first page, if not in the top 5, for very competitive terms (at least 40 of the top traffic keywords) in my field. I use google webmaster tools to keep track of my keyword positions on a daily basis.

Thanks for the information. I do appreciate it. Does anyone else have anything they can add? If you have knowledge in Scrapebox that would be able to help me out I would appreciate it. I have read numerous posts on how to steal my competitors backlinks, post on my niche blogs and I am starting to move traffic through my facebook fan page and twitter. I believe I am on the right path but I figure with this much knowledge in this forum that I should be able to get a couple of you great BH gurus to help me out. :)

Doesn't hurt to stroke the ego...does it?

Not to butt in again, since you're after other "guru" information specifically, I'll just say they are all busy making money because they've spent the time out there in the trenches reading, cramming down web tutorials on SEO as fast as they can, and haven't sat on forums waiting for other greats to give them the information.

I'm not knocking you for asking at all, I'm just saying you need to get out there and research and try stuff and fail a lot of times and learn what works and what doesn't and not wait.

And while I LOVE scrapebox it only does certain things really well, so don't use it as your only focus for traffic. It won't post spun articles at articles sites for you, or make posts to the web 2.0 social networks, or write you a very nice press release for your site, or create and upload videos to all the video sites that google loves, or cross link and deep link all your url's.

You probably shouldn't be so focused on one app alone no matter how awesome it is. And the best Scrapebox resource is his own sales thread on this forum, it just takes a while to read the bejillions of replies of contributors as well as noobs in there.

    Just sayin' is all.

I completely understand what you are saying. I appreciate everything that you have said, I work on my website 16 hours a day and sending emails, learning new programs reading blogs, forums and trying to learn. I am definitely not sitting here just waiting to have someone hold my hand. I am just seeing what people with a lot more experience than me have to say about which way I should be guiding my attention. I would love to be able to do all the things you said in your post from being able to send out videos to spun ads but I know that I would be 100 years old reading blogs and forums trying to learn instead of saying I would like some help and any that is forthright would be appreciated. Also if you do have experience I am willing to pay for the time that you have spent becoming the best at what you do and helping me along my way. So again I appreciate what you have said so far and anymore you have to add would be much appreciated. Also sense it does seem like you know a lot I would be happy to listen and learn. If it costs me fine but my time is more valuable then the money.

Again if anyone can help I am serious about learning thanks.

seems your going overboard to me

there is so much information on this board as to how to optimize with Seo

but you know - it depends how you classify your site

    is it a business site

is it a long term site

or can it be just a spam first ask questions later

so once you figure out your category then go buy the tools for that category and read and learn

no-one spoon fed me one thing - so don't see why your expecting it now either.

My site is 100% white hat and legit business site. I have had the site 9 months and am just looking for a starting point. I knew that by asking for some help I would get this type of response that I am asking to be spoon fed and I should do all the research 100% myself. If that was the case why have a forum like this. Doesn't that make sense? Now if I said will someone for free make me money then by all means jump me, but I am not doing that. I am even saying I will pay for the help. I have purchased numerous programs on here, and dealt with a lot of great people so I didn't think I was out of line when I asked if someone could point me in the right direction.

I own scrapebox, and am using that to the fullest potential and wanting to move on and all I am asking is what would be the next step. For anyone reading this and willing to help, I do appreciate it.

ScrapeBox is only part of the equation... Especially if you're using backlinks to rank for specific keyword phrases... The higher the competition, the harder it's going to be to rank for those keyword phrases.

And while ScrapeBox does what it does very well, again, if you're relying on backlinks, you really need to diversify them... Blog comment backlinks are great for lower competition keywords -- in fact, I've dominated MANY lower competition keyword phrases with ScrapeBox but the ones that get a million or more searches a month?

Backlink diversification... Web 2.0 properties (linkwheels/link networks). Social bookmarking. Forum posts and profile links. And of course, the better your content is i.e., more relevant it is to the niche and the better it's laid out on your site, the better you're going to do.

I have a couple of subscriptions to blog networks where all I have to do is write an article with spin syntax -- blast the article through one or more of these networks and that alone is sometimes enough to get me on page 1 of Google for that niche if the competition isn't too high... 25K searches or less a month.

On top of all that, you really need to analyze who IS on top... What is their page rank? How many backlinks do they have? What anchor text are they using? How SEO optimized are their pages?

Once you get a handle on all this, getting to the top really isn't all that difficult.

Thanks, I will look at going in this direction. I have done a lot of research on the top spot and that particular website is ranked #1 in almost every keyword has over 69k backlinks to the first page of there site and I know has a much bigger budget for advertising than I do. The next 5 sites for these keywords are really weak so getting to #2 would be much easier than number 1. I will do whatever it takes to get there. This website is my life so any help to get me there is again greatly appreciated.

I must have woken up cranky today because this thread is now greatly annoying because

    1. You did a bump spam which is against the rules of this forum
    2. you keep asking for non-specific help, where the hell are people supposed to throw the lifebuoy for chrisake
    3. you act as if you're a helpless female with no brains, which is fine I guess, except we don't really care
    4. your sickly sweetness while begging for help is just flatout annoying now
    5. if your site really is your whole life then get off your lazy ass and go learn seo and how all the apps and bots and script out there work
    6. help has been offered but practically ignored on the one hand while reaching out with the other like a beggar for alms
    7. I'm unsubscribing from this thread now since it's become nothing more than a time waster
    8. I wish you good fortune, but most of all I wish you'd bother to learn instead of beg, cya

You're being way too general Imix4u, and the answers to your questions are all over the forum. Noobs make threads everyday simply asking "How do I rank?", are you kidding me? Ask a more specific question like "Is it a better use of time to manually comment of high PR blogs or auto comment, but get a lower acceptance rate?"
