Hey I got a debt relief program that I am opening up for some affiliate work. I need new affiliates to join. I will pay you $4.00 per lead. All they have to do is enter in some brief information and click submit. No cc required, you can check it out here http://www.fasttrackdebtrelief.com

What this has to do with the category "Freelance - Hire a Freelancer"???

You're not offering a service, you're not looking for freelancer ... so you're SPAMMING!!!
 
i will promote it is i can use xrumer only to promote.... and how do you track that its me giving the leads.... i can get you 1000 leads over the next 24 hours if you like + your site de indixed from google forever :D you interested?

hmmm ok I'm going to take this slow for you. "Hire a freelancer" - I am looking some freelancers to bring leads in for me. Sounds like it fits pretty well to me...

indeed hes right the only way you can promote this is in bst or in your signature. read the rules
