Ok guys, here is the deal. I have a site that caters to women aged 25-50 in a certain niche. The problem is my spam complaint rate is 0.07% which to me seems low but they said I have to be under 0.01%. I have now been kicked from aweber and getresponse and I am sick of it. I found out my two biggest competitors were also kicked and have moved to better solutions. I need to know what those solutions are. What are the safest hosts to use for sending autoresponders and followup emails if I use my own software. I have the ability to grow fast but this is screwing me up. Thanks in advance guys.

How many email addresses do you have?

I know GetResponse have the exact same platform but on dedicated IPs that works well called 360. However if you have been kicked once from them, if you apply for the dedicated IPs you must setup a different address, email etc as they check their system for previous people with high complaint rates. Don't mention you had an account with them in the past.

The pricing is normally $2,000 a month for around half a mil, but if you say you were referred by someone who had the old pricing of $1,500 per month they will give it too you.

It's a lot of cash, but they don't cancel or suspend accounts unless you hit a major block or spam trap as they are not protecting the overall IPs.

The price of $2000 per month is really high for such task. Is there any cheaper solution?

Yes, 2000.00 is way more than I plan on spending. I have only about 8,000 emails in my list, I had over 70,000 but when my awerber account was suspended I made the mistake of not backing up before I was suspended. Once they ban you they do not allow you to access your email list. What really sucks is my open rate was about 40% because it was ultra targeted but that does not seem to matter. I have seen bullet proof server for 1500 a month but I am looking to start from scratch again. When I start up I need to be able to send out about 1000 auto responders a day and then 2 followups per week. I have the software I need, thanks to BHW :), I just need a good hosting solution to accomplish my task.

I use a hostgator level one vps 0.1 cent for the first month and interspire email marketer. The vps has no sending limit. You may want to check it out?

Hey, Aweber cannot hold your info, it's yours by right. Yeah, the GR360 is for people normally with 100,000 plus emails.

Really, go after Aweber. They do not own your data, and they cannot keep it from you.

Ouch. I know what that is like and it but a HUGE financial impact on me.

Sounds like you are using MC. OP, PM me for a suggestion since it sounds like your list are 100% opt-in.

Keeping a complaint rate below .01 is very hard. For those that do not realize, that is one complaint per 1000. It's not hard to get a rate higher than that. Even 2 per 1000 is low (in my view) but to them, it is 200% more than it should be.

Don't give up and get your data from AW.
