    Hi all,

The company I work for deals with sports organizing. We have developed a sports organization platform that is simple, social, and "fun" to use.

It really is a good product, oh and its free. Unless you want premium features, which enhance the over all UX, but the free version is fine really if you're not trying to do anything special.

Now the only problem is, as is always the case with these things it seems, is getting people interested in it or making them aware of it.

What's even more challenging is that the niche is recreational sports leagues.

I've had minimal success with scraped e-mails and sparking interest through an informative introduction with the call to action being, request a demo.
I am also currently working on revamping the blog which is a PR2 and is a subdomain of our PR4 domain.

Sending out guest post requests and offerings related to sports leagues and sports in general, trying to get some unique content going and building a presence. Blog is currently up to around 500 visitors a day, from around 200+ when I began working on it a month ago.

I've done the keyword research and am targeting the kw with the articles but also just focusing on link building and uniqueness. We have a budget of about $500 a month that I can use on paid ads, which I have yet to do honestly.

So I was hoping you guys had some ideas on how you would approach the situation, It can be a dry topic which makes it tough. Just doing a little brainstorming to see if there are some things I am missing as I have been immersed in this for quite some time now and am worried about getting stuck in the loop and not remembering to try some other methods.

Lets play off this intro and I'll add info as necessary as we go along.

    Thanks in advance.

Add a points/reward scheme, every loves a competition, have a leaderboard with prizes etc.

Start spreading your link on videos on Youtube, in other forums and maybe even print a few flyers and ask the local sports centre/s to put them up.

There's probably loads more people can come up with :)
