Most of the public ppi networks these days are just filled with bot traffic that will get your apk flagged by play protect in a few days tbh. if you have actual budget you are probably better off buying pop traffic on propeller or adsterra and setting up your own lander... takes more optimization but at least you get real human installs instead of dead emulators. what kind of vertical is the apk anyway?

tbh most PPI networks these days will just ruin your domain reputation and get your app flagged as malware within a week... if you actually want real users you should look into native ads or push notifications instead
