Hello buddies,

I'm doing Facebook Ads for a few years, but this time I'm feeling like a total newbie. If you can spare sometime to advise me, I'd appreciate it.

My services: Beauty & Spa (skin care) training. I run a private school.
Location: Viet Nam.
I don't do black hat, just pure white hat Facebook ads.
The page is building from scratch.

I need your advice for:
- What is the best audience (interest, behavior) should I target?
- What kind of creative should I use? I'm relying on short videos because I harvested some money from video ads before. My typical CTR (all) is 2%, link CTR is around 1%. Spent a few hundred dollars without a conversion.
- What is a reliable advertising method should I use? Considering both paid ads and SEO, SEM...
- I need leads as soon as possible. I have sale rep to convert those leads into customers, but it's just too few lead. Typically it costs me 5% per lead from... wrong audience. My business is running out of money.

Thank for your time!

Determining the best audience, creative, and advertising method depends on various factors specific to your business, target market, and industry. However, I can provide some general guidance to help you improve your marketing efforts:

  1. Target audience: Conduct thorough research to identify your target audience's interests, demographics, and behaviors. Consider using social media insights, market research, and customer feedback to refine your audience targeting. Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads provide robust audience targeting options based on interests, behaviors, demographics, and more.
  2. Creative content: Short videos can be effective in capturing attention and conveying your message quickly. Ensure your videos are visually appealing, engaging, and relevant to your target audience. Test different variations to see what resonates best with your audience and generates higher click-through rates (CTRs). Analyze the performance of your previous videos to identify patterns or elements that worked well.
  3. Advertising methods: Paid ads and SEO/SEM can complement each other. Paid ads can provide immediate visibility and generate leads, while SEO/SEM can help improve organic rankings and long-term visibility. Consider a mix of both to maximize your reach and results. Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads are popular paid advertising platforms worth exploring.
  4. Lead generation: To generate leads quickly, focus on lead capture strategies such as creating enticing offers, opt-in forms, and landing pages optimized for conversions. Consider running lead generation campaigns on social media platforms or search engines to drive traffic to your lead capture pages. Test different ad copies, CTAs (Call to Actions), and landing page designs to optimize conversion rates.
  5. Budget optimization: Review your campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and targeting settings to ensure they align with your goals. Continuously monitor and optimize your campaigns based on performance data to improve ROI and reduce costs per lead.
  6. Conversion tracking: Implement conversion tracking on your website or landing pages to measure the effectiveness of your campaigns accurately. This data will help you identify which channels, ads, or keywords are generating valuable leads and conversions.
  7. Seek professional assistance: If you're struggling to achieve results on your own, consider consulting with digital marketing professionals or agencies who can provide tailored strategies and expertise to optimize your marketing efforts.
Remember, marketing success often requires continuous testing, optimization, and adaptation. It's essential to analyze your campaign data, listen to customer feedback, and make data-driven decisions to refine your approach.

Lastly, if your business is experiencing financial difficulties, it may be beneficial to reassess your overall business strategy, budgeting, and cost management practices to ensure long-term sustainability.

Please note that the above suggestions are general recommendations, and it's important to adapt them to your specific business context and objectives.
