I love that tool. I normally just go to the forums you can read about in this thread: http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/proxies/23141-proxy-leeching-hand-because-fpl-stupid.html and make myself a big list. Then I run the list with that tool, and you will suddenly have tens of working proxies.
I would just go for the proxies posted today though.
