I do not know what postings to put on the account to make them effective? Do you have any guides?

Anything that comes to your mind can be posted there -- events around you, your business, your private life, rants, virtually anything.

Well I would definitely start with racist, hateful remarks and then just hope for the best...

Just kidding, don't do that.

If its for your business then post about what your daily operational stuff: "Big day at the warehouse! See pics here!" or share articles related to your industry from reputable sources. Do that to start until you feel more comfortable with sharing random bits throughout the day.

1 -do you have a content calendar?
2 - do you have researched hashtags?
3 - do u know who is your audience?
