I am trying to create just one Instagram account.
I use: antidetect + proxy + outlook mail.
After account creation is asking me for ID verification.
How can I fix this? And what is the reason?

ur proxy is being flagged. which one u use?

i would try mobile proxies + mobile emulator
that works great as accounts created from phones are the best

or you can also use a phone farm for that

Make sure you are using a 4G proxy and that you are rotating the IP. Accounts on new IP's are fine as long as your browser is not leaking any fingerprints.

Try to register an account via phone. When you register an account via PC, it often throws you to identity verification

ınstagram asks for ıd because it sees unusual activity. use a phone number a consistent device, location and avoid switching proxies during signup to prevent verification.

Better use phone if you have only one account. Much better decision for insta

ID pop-up happens when IG doesn’t trust the setup. Usually proxy/device mismatch.
Use better mobile proxy + slower actions + warm up. Outlook also triggers more checks. Just remake on cleaner setup.

Also, warming up the account with normal activity like likes and follows for a few days before posting anything big can reduce these ID checks...

Use high quality mobile proxy and make sure the set up aligns and the activity are natural. Instagram flags inconsistent signals.

Instagram flags accounts when patterns look automated. Try creating the account slowly and stick to one location and device to avoid instant ıd requests.

I've encountered this situation before. You can try keeping the same device and IP address for a few days before creating the account, and add normal browsing and story viewing before signing in. The more "human" your footprint, the lower the risk of ID checks.

This is normal system operation, no need to worry.
To avoid ID checks: warm up the device + IP for a few days (scroll, like, watch stories), do not create right after connecting a clean proxy, and do not switch fingerprints too fast. The more “human” the footprint, the fewer verifications

use mobile proxy and create acct on mobile app, for phone number go for non-voip numbers. Find a provider that you can reuse the number to receive more than one SMS, insta might ask for phone verification later. Maybe you could check our non-voip numbers on our site

The verification requirement is because Instagram judges your registration as high risk. The main reason is that your "device fingerprint + IP + email" combination is not real enough, you can optimize the antidetect browser environment
