I need help with deleting / turnoff my private profile.

find some partners that can unlock and restore it they will probably work

If you don't have enough information to get it back yourself, try to contact FB support team. Or at worst, you can find a freelancer to help you with that. Just check everything before you make any transaction.

You can report your old account. I think you can't do anything. You create a new account with that information and report to facebook that your account is lost.
 
There are still some people who provide account unlocking services. You can ask them for help.
 
There are two ways for you to handle this: one is to find a third party that provides account opening services for you or hire some people to read your report and Facebook will lock that account.

Please make some people report you that this account has not been used or this account violates facebook policy
 
Have you tried to recover your password by phone number or email?
 
You can find a personal account unlocking service provider for help, but you need to carefully research reputable parties to avoid being scammed.
 
Have you tried clicking forgot password, the system will code to your phone number or email link. Thanks to that, you can reset a new password. However, if you do not remember these verification methods or lose information, there will be no other way.
