I need help with adding my site to an App "iFrame" for traffic purposes

Hey, I recently saw a thread that talked about how I could open a google playstore account and get my site's link on an App. The App wouldnt have to be complex. I just wanna get some people to visit my website. And who knows i may actually make the app do something at a later date
I'm a bit confused about "iframing" too
any help be nice thank you. Can do paypal within reason on a budget.
