Hi,
So I have been selling on eBay for a few years now. I am at the point where I am selling over $25,000 worth of electronics each month through the site. I opened the account when I was under 18 and I had to use a false date of birth. I sold on the site for quite a while and I am doing very well right now. I started this business in order to pay for college. I am 18 now. PayPal just sent me an email requesting that I provide them my SSN, a Photo ID, and Proof of Address.
I am very concerned with what I should do. I currently have over $18,000 worth of inventory that I am in the process of selling. This is my college education money! I want to keep selling, as I have been very successful so far. Do I just come clean to PayPal and hope that they forgive me?
Thanks!
