I hired a guy off BHW a few months ago. He said he could build my sites, and have them rank 1st page (google local search) and so I hired him. His time frame was 1 week to build each site and 3-4 weeks for the seo to have full affect and be on 1st page of google.
Both websites still need to be completed (they are about 90% done), And I paid him (on a separate price) to create and manage adwords campaigns just until the sites reach 1st page naturally.
I've paid him the majority of the work including the money needed to fund adwords. I've paid him even before he made it to his progress points. I had to wire him money and 2 days later (that was 8 days ago)he tells me he was robbed and ever since then, He has done nothing. He even asked me to send more money.......(That isn't Happening). Cant get a hold of him long enough to get a straight answer. All he says is he's working on it, but you can clearly see there's no progress on the sites being completed ( he has promised many times "don't worry, the sites will be done today" and still nothing. Its been close to two weeks and I've given him the benefit of the doubt to make things right BUT he hasn't!

I need this done by someone who is fully capable of doing the work
- Finishing up the sites
- Seo to rank 1st page on local Google searches
